WELL ABOUT US ACTUALLY

How it all began!

It all started back in June 07 when Joanne & Tiece met at a robin thicke gig & discovered they were pretty much d same person (same birthday wow) n would both be going 2 see gym class heroes a few weeks later. They kept in touch & soon found out gym class heroes would b coming back for Decaydance Fest (with Fall out boy, Panic, cobra starship & academy is) so the obvious thing was 4 them 2 hit it up Tiece & Jo hit up the gig and had an amazing time all the bands rocked. After the gig there chilling outside and 2 OUR SHOCK Travis from GCH comes out (I can definitely say neither of us have ran so fast in our life hehehhe). We walk up to the steps and see 2 future fly girls Sherin & Selina standing there with screw faces to say we were scared was an understatement. Among all our chatting we notice that Gabe from cobra starship is walking towards us so out the cameras cum & we get our pictures. Being the chatterboxes we are we start chatting to him & he assumes were rolling with these other 2 (I think it maybe cause we were the only black people haha) twins (or so we thought) Cherelle & Karissa who also share the chatterbox gene. Where they’re busting A LOT of jokes & he calls us Fly Girls & from then it’s just kind of stuck. We continued to have a very eventful night getting invited 2 the after show party, walking around central London & bumping in 2 him again & him asking us “Girls why didn’t u come to the party” maybe next time dude lol. So there you have it the eventful story of how we got together.

What Are U lot up 2 now?

Right now were all living in our different parts of London (Ipswich 4 the 2 “twins”) and love nothing more then hooking up 2 go 2 gigs. Hell that’s what were MOSTLY doing as a crew. Music is our passion and one day we want to have an actual group, when we have finished learning to play that is lol. World domination would be nice as well a fly girl empire hell yes. Cherelle & Karissa are working on an alternative clothing line so keep your eyes peeled 4 that. Tiece & Joanne are both at college studying with hopes of becoming music journalists. Selina is hard at work in the city & sherin is also at college studying art & design and wants to become a graphic designer. The main purpose of this crew is to have fun & show the world what we get up to @ gigs & other occasions. We rep individuality and think its important 4 people especially girls 2 rock the gifts god gave them. Everyone should stand out in life (we love it being Only black people at most gigs lol) because we only get one life so rock it to the fullest! Live Life Like The Fly Girl You Are !
